Job Description

To resolve EC module SSC Helpdesk L1 Tickets raised within the SLA Period. To support the Employee Central Module along with Benefits, eResignation and other related areas wrt Data Maintenance, Query resolution, Bug fixes, how to queries, Data upload support, etc. To troubleshoot day-to-day issues with support of the technical team Creating multiple test scenarios, testing, getting the logics corrected / retesting, preparing UAT document & planning communication to ICs To prepare proper documentation of each & every process configured in the system. To train & Support team members /HR users for training & hands on guidance on SF. To prepare reports & discuss day to day tasks with the immediate supervisor Preparation of Monthly MIS for submission to SPOC for various reporting. Testing, UAT creation and documents maintenance like SOP’s, User Manuals, etc,.
