KRA1 Accountability: Unloading & Feeding of Raw
Materials
Organise & coordinate unloading,proper storage & feeding of all raw materials and coal as per requirement Coal:
Decide the location for storage.
Prepare piles & maintain pile-wise record for quantity and quality.
Arrange unload coal outside if pile is full. Arrange transfer outside coal to piles, if required.
Raw Materials
Prepare pile of Additives as per requirement of the plant.
Deploy resources/machinaries.
Arrange to unload by wagon tippler/ truck tippler as the case may be or manually if required.
Transfer & store it properly under sheds/ yard.
Discuss / Interact with customers for requirements of various raw materials & Coal
KRA2 Record Keeping
Maintain all records and generate MIS in an accurate & timely manner.
Familiar with safety standards & SAP system Enter the receipts of coal and other raw materials in SAP
Enter the issue of coal and other raw materials in SAP.
Check stock status daily.
Prepare MIS for consumption / receipts and stocks. Prepare records of material handled/R.hrs of HEMM
KRA3 Quality Systems
Implement IMS & WCM related
activities to improve productivity & quality standards. Identify and execute improvement study and kaizen.
Identify & get rectify,Abnormalities.
Spillage/leakages.
Unsafe conditions/practices.
5S activities.
Quality improvement objectives.
Improvement of WCM objectives & practices.
EMS targets.
Internal customer rating improvement.
ISO system improvement.
Statutory compliance.
KRA4 Cost Optimisation
Monitor the loading and unloading
operations to optimise cost.
Maintaining Stock: Maintaining stock
of all raw materials & Coal.
Knowledge of analysis of fuels
& raw material. Avoid storage at wrong place to reduce rehandling cost.
Interact with procurement dept. to regulate receipt based on space in store yards.
Maximise use of company owned equipments.
Control utilisation of contractor manpower & overtime.
KRA5 System Compliance Comply the requirements as per IMS, WCM/ABOE,implementation, 5S activities. Participate in Kaizen/Suggestion/OPL and motivating downlevel for quality improvement.
KRA6 Safety Compliance Creating a Safety culture across the organization. Daily walk through round and report in mysetu.Ensure all Safety Standards and procedure are implemented as required.
Timely submission of SO, Near miss and attending safety training.
