The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench candidates, utilizing their skills and expertise to identify and secure suitable opportunities for consultants on the bench. The role involves working closely with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and effective utilization of bench resources.Key Responsibilities: Candidate Marketing: Leverage expertise in marketing bench candidates across various job boards and recruitment platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.Consultant Mobilization: Utilize strong networking, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills to mobilize consultants from the bench, aligning their skill sets with suitable opportunities.Target Achievement: Work independently to consistently meet or exceed placement targets, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team and ensuring the bench is utilized effectively.Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, essential for engaging with candidates, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and prompt placement.
Qualifications: Any graduate with strong proficiency in using US job boards.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Prior experience in US Staffing, especially in Bench Sales, is preferred but not mandatory.
