Job Description All aspects related to turn-key EPC – engineering, procurement and construction of Solar & Wind projects, till commissioning PAN India Projects.Responsible for the EPC engineering department – On/Off grid PV scale utility, DG hybrid, rooftop and energy storage EPC projectsNew product development, design and promotingMarket analysis, research, budgeting and development of effective business strategiesHead construction and commissioning of Solar & Wind Power plant and manage all projects to target schedule, cost and performance.Will be responsible for the P&L of the EPC division. Manage and Lead multiple projects across the country.Project Management of Solar & Wind Power Plants. Design, Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Solar & Wind Power Plants.Manpower planning to ensure that COD is not impacted.Manage and Review the design phase of project including Technology Selection, Civil and mechanical structures, System Configuration, Electrical Connection, Distribution and Control Systems, Power Conditioning Systems for power plants.Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing and commissioning of the system.Preventive maintenance of all the electrical installations and ensure compliance with regard to all quality construction.Handling of local issues effectivelyAbility to procure regulatory approvals for the operations specifically discom and CTUExpertise to execute green hydrogen, battery storage and transmission lines projectsAbility to effectively work with the company’s engineers and project managers to ensure customer s needs are met.To ensure that the project delivered on Schedule with high quality and within the required cost.
The Successful Applicant B.E./B.Tech is Mandatory with >20 years of work experience in Projects and EngineeringCandidates with experience in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra will be preferredLeadership, Excellent Project Management and results-oriented skills, Technical TrainerAbility to work under strict deadlineExperience of Hybrid plants (Solar & Wind) would be preferredGreat communication and presentation skills
